Peter Nelson is a painter, photographer, poet, and
provocateur in Chelmsford. The nude and clothed figure,
portraits, dance, and studio still-lifes are the primary
subjects for his visual art, which are executed in oils,
charcoal, and pastels, as well as photography using
both digital imaging and medium-format-film. His
poetry explores the frontiers between gravity and
levity, fact and fiction. In his spare time Peter works
as a software engineer for a big corporation
